On October 30, 2018, the Board resolution of Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company approved to transfer 175,000 shares, equivalent to 29.71% charter capital of Agritec Joint Stock Company, with the transfer price is not lower than VND10,000/share.
