VND: Decision on administrative violation penalty

On November 08, 2018, the State Securities Commission issued a decision on administrative violation penalty for VNDIRECT Securities Corporation (VND) with total amount of VND60,000,000, because the company arranged the number of staff that they have not yet had a securities practice certificate in accordance with the law, effective from November 08, 2018.
