-       Number of outstanding shares: 11,800,142 shares

-       Number of treasury shares: 130,012 shares

-       Number of shares expected to be issued: 590,007 shares

-       Total value (based on par value): VND5,900,070,000

-       Issue ratio: 5.0%

-       Transfer restriction: These shares will be restricted in 02 years from the finish date of the offering.

-       Time of implementation: December 2018.
