On November 05, 2018, the Board of Directors of Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company (PHC) approved to contribute its capital to invest in An Phu Hung Business Investment Joint Stock Company with the following contents:

-       Company name: An Phu Hung Business Investment Joint Stock Company

-       Stock volume: 10,000,000 shares

-       Par value: VND10,000/share

-     Charter capital: VND100,000,000,000 (PHC contributed 4,000,000 shares, equivalent to 40% charter capital of An Phu Hung Business Investment JSC).

-       Time for capital contribution: February 01, 2019.
