2. Place: Meeting room at 4^th Floor, Hathai Railway Joint Stock Company, No 199, Pham Van Dong, Xuan Dinh, Bac Tu Liem, Hanoi
3. Contents of the meeting: View the Meeting Program attached
4. Attendance conditions:

• All shareholders currently own shares of Hathai Railway Joint Stock Company named on the list recorded on 26 Oct 2018
• Shareholders who could attend the meeting could authorize another by documents according to the regulated sample of the Company. The authorization person not allowed to authorize the third person

5. Attendance registration: Shareholders must send their registration letter/ authorization letter (according to the sample attached) directly by post or fax to Hathai Railway Joint Stock Company according to the following address: Administration Organizational Department - Hathai Railway Joint Stock Company (No 199, Pham Van Dong, Xuan Dinh, Bac Tu Liem, Hanoi). Restriction time for registration (calculated as the arrival date): Before 16h00, 10 Nov 2018
6. Shareholders or authorization persons must bring along these following papers (original version):

• ID card or passport
• Authorization letter (for authorization persons)

7. All documents related to the meeting and all samples of Conformation Letter, Authorization Letter uploaded on the Website of Hathai Railway Joint Stock Company: http://hathairailways.vn/relationshipwithshareholders
