DXG: Approving the additional capital contribution to Vicco - Saigon

On November 05, 2018, the Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company (DXG) approved the additional capital contribution to raise its charter capital in Vicco - Saigon Joint Stock Company with the following details:

-       Charter capital before capital contribution: VND180,000,000,000 (DXG contributed VND179,993,800,000, equivalent to 99.99% charter capital of Vicco - Saigon JSC).

-       Current capital contribution: VND105,000,000,000

-       Charter capital after capital contribution: VND285,000,000,000

-       After the additional capital contribution completes, DXG will own VND284,993,800,000, equivalent to 99.99% charter capital of Vicco – Saigon JSC).

-       To appoint Mr. Tran Cong Luan as the representative of stake of DXG in Ha An Real Estate Business and Investment JSC.
