-       Number of shares transferred: 746,130 shares

-       Total value (based on par value): VND74,613,000,000

-       Total transfer value: VND186,270,000,000

-       General contract date: October 26, 2018

-       Transfer contract date: expected Q4.2018.

2. Approving to transfer 1% shares of DIC in Viet Thien Lam Investment Joint Stock Company with the following details:

-       Par value: VND100,000/share

-       Number of shares transferred: 35,530 shares

-       Total value (based on par value): VND3,553,000,000

-       Total transfer value: VND11,000,000,000

-       General contract date: October 29, 2018

-       Transfer contract date: expected Q4.2018.
