DIG: Approving the transaction with VCSC

On November 12, 2018, the Board of Directors of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (DIC) issued Resolution No.32/NQ-DIC Corp-HĐQT approving the securities brokerage services agreement with Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company (VCSC). Accrodingly, Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company is selected to advise the stock offering of DIC in Viet Thien Lam Joint Stock Company.
