SJS: Adjustment of 2016 cash dividend payment time

On October 01, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1220/TB-SGDHCM about the adjustment of 2016 cash dividend payment time for Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company as follows:

-       Record date: December 29, 2017

-       Reason & purpose: to pay cash dividend for 2016.

-       Payment time: April 15, 2019 (instead of October 01, 2018).

-     Reason for adjustment: At present, the company has not arranged the funds to pay cash dividend for 2016 to shareholders as previously announced.
