-       Number of outstanding shares: 317,032,605 shares

-       Number of treasury shares: 1,189 shares

-       Number of shares expected to be issued: 234,604,127 shares; Of which:

+ Stock offering to exisitng shareholders: 212,411,845 shares;

+ Stock issuance to pay dividend: 22,192,282 shares

-       Total value (based on par value): VND2,346,041,270,000

-       Exercise ratio: 7%

    The plan for the stock offering to existing shareholders that the company has not done in this time due to the global economic uncertainty, affecting the stock market in Vietnam. Therefore, the Company implementes the stock issuance to pay dividend to shareholders.
