NSC: The record date for the second phase of 2017dividend payment

HOSE announces the record date for the second phase of 2017 dividend payment of National Seed Joint Stock Company:

-   Stock symbol: NSC                                          

-   Ex-right date: October 02, 2018       

-   Record date: October 03, 2018         

-       Purpose: to pay stock dividends.

-   Exercise ratio: 15%

The one who owns 20 shares at the record date will receive 03 new shares. 

-    Plan to deal with fractional shares:

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be bought with VND10,000/share.

-   Implement date: October 19, 2018

Place of payment:

-       Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-       Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders will receive dividend at National Seed Joint Stock Company.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
