-   Ex-right date: October 08, 2018       

-   Record date: October 09, 2018   

-       Purpose: to pay stock dividends.

-   Exercise ratio: 30%

The one who owns 10 shares at the record date will receive 03 new shares.

-   Estimated issue volume: 55,895,148 shares.

-    Plan to deal with fractional shares:

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.

Place of payment:
