KDH: Approving the result of shares issuance for dividend payment

  On September 27, 2018, the Board of Directors of Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company approved the result of stock issuance for 2017 dividend payment as follows:

1. Approving the result of stock issuance for 2017 dividend payment and the fractional shares handle:

-       Number of shares expected to be issued: 19,391,615 shares

-       Number of distributed shares: 19,391,036 shares

-       Number of distributed shareholders: 2,080 shareholders

-       Number of fractional shares: 579 shares

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

2. Approving to amend its charter capital to VND4,072,233,530,000 (equivalent to 407,223,353 shares.)
3. Approving to amend its new charter capital.
