HID: Resolution on the 2018 AGM

   Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company announced Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2018 as follows:

1. Approving the report on the BOD in 2017 activities and plan for 2018.
2. Approving the report from the Supervisory Board in 2017.
3. Approving the business result in 2017 and business plan in 2018.
4. Approving the audited financial statements in 2017.
5. Approving the profit distribution in 2017 and plan for 2018.
6. Approving the selection of audit firm to audit financial statements in 2018.
7. Approving the remuneration payment for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board.
8. Approving to pay dividend payment for 2017 and the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend for 2017.
9. Approving to amend its charter.
10. Approving the resignation of Mr. Phung Ngoc Son as member of BOD as from April 01, 2018.
11. Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Quang Trong as member of Supervisory Board as from April 01, 2018.
12. Approving the additional election of Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung as member of BOD.
13. Approving the additional election of Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Huyen as member of Supervisory Board.
