JVC: The first annual general meeting of 2018 is unsuccessful

On September 27, 2018, the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company was organized. However, there were 24 shareholders representing 49,480,166 shares, accounting for 43.9823% on the total voting shares of the Company. Therefore, the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company was not eligible to proceed.
