GEX: GEX signs agreements with related companies

The Board of Directors of Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation approved the signing of commercial agreements with the following companies:

-       GELEX Electrical Equipment Com. Ltd, GELEX Energy Com. Ltd: signing agreements on leasing the office.

-       GELEX Land Com. Ltd: signing agreements on leasing the office; using the building management consultant service and land; cooperative deposit; lending.

-       GELEX Energy Com. Ltd: signing agreements on lending.

-       Trading value: less than 35% total assets of GELEX

-       Effective date: from August 01, 2017.
