Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company announces the Board resolution No.285 dated October 24, 2018 as follows:

1. Approving the signing of building supervision consultant contract for the workshop No.3 (36*72m) – phase 1 at Chau Duc Industrial zone, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province between Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company and Sonadezi Chau Duc Joint Stock Company (a company related to Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, Mr. Dinh Ngoc Thuan, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan and Mr. Le Tien Bo) with the contract value of VND284,437,277 (including VAT).
2. Approving to pay first cash dividend for 2018:

-       Exercise ratio: 10%/share (1,000 dongs/share)

-       Record date: expected in Q4.2018

-       Payment time: expected in Q4.2018.
