FLC: BOD resolution on increasing charter capital in Ion Complex

On October 22, 2018, the Board of Directors of FLC Group Joint Stock Company approved to contribute its additional capital to raise charter capital in Ion Complex Building Management and Investment Com. Ltd (Ion Complex) as follows:

-       Current stake value: VND196,000,000,000

-       Additional stake value: VND200,000,000,000

-       Total value of stake of FLC Group Joint Stock Company in Ion Complex is VND396,000,000,000, equivalent to 99% charter capital of Ion Complex.

-       Time of implementation: October 22, 2018.
