VRE: The record date for stock issuance for capital increase

HOSE announces the record date for stock issuance to increase its share capital from the owner’s capital of Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company:

-   Stock symbol: VRE                                          

-   Ex-right date: October 31, 2018       

-   Record date: November 01, 2018     

-   Purpose: stock issuance to increase its share capital from the owner’s capital.

-   Exercise ratio: 1000:225

The one who owns 1000 shares at the record date will receive 225 new shares.

-   Estimated issue volume: 427,742,714 shares.

-    Plan to deal with fractional shares:

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.

Place of payment:

-       Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-       Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders will receive dividend at Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company.
