CTS: Decision on the change of listing

On October 23, 2018, HOSE issued Decision No.425/QD-SGDHCM to allow Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company (securities code: CTS) to change the listing as follows:

-      Number of shares before additional listing: 97,652,936 shares

-      Additional volume: 8,783,640 shares

-      Total additional value (based on par value): VND87,836,400,000

-      Number of shares after additional listing: 106,436,576 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND1,064,365,760,000

-      Effective date of the listing license: October 25, 2018

-      Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the dividend payment.
