VHM: Board approves the incorporation plan

    On August 31, 2018, the Board of Directors approves the proposal to the General Meeting of Shareholders about the incorporation plan between VHM and Vincom Construction and Consultancy Company Limited for the implementation of collecting shareholders’ opinion in writing according to the Resolution No.25/2018/NQ-HĐQT-VH dated July 05, 2018. Information on the incorporation plan as follows:

1. Information on the company is incorporated:

-       Company name: Vincom Construction and Consultancy Company Limited

-       Charter capital: VND250,000,000,000

-       Address: No.7 Bang Lang Street, Vinhomes Reverside, Viet Hung Ward, Long Bien District, Ha Noi City, Viet Nam.

2. Vincom Construction and Consultancy Company Limited is subsidiary of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (VHM) which owns 100% charter capital. After the incorporation, the company still retains its charter capital, specifically as follows:

-       Charter capital: VND26,796,115,500,000

-       Stock volume: 2,679,611,550

-       Par value: 10,000 dongs/share
