CNG: Decision on tax penalties

CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province dated August 30, 2018 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

1. Penalty:

-       Penalty for false declaration and tax arrears: VND158,192,174

2. Overcome:

-       Value added tax arrears: VND181,770,818

-       Corporate income tax arrears: VND479,212,825

-       Personal income tax arrears: VND129,977,227

-       Late payment: VND137,494,858
