GTC: Change of reason for trading restriction on UPCoM to GTC

As of August 24, 2018, pursuant to Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM of HNX attached to Decision No.455/QD-SGDHN dated  June 20, 2017, HNX announced the change of reason for trading restriction to SD1 stock as follows:
- Issuer: Golden Dragon Tea Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: GTC
- Previous reason for trading restriction:
+ Equity reflected in audited consolidated financial statements for 2015 is negative. The auditor declined to comment on the consolidated financial statements for 2015 of Regulation on organization and management of UPCoM issued together with the Decision No. 78/QD-SGDHN dated February 5, 2016 and amended upon the Decision No.268/QD-SGDHN dated April 29, 2016 of CEO of HNX;
+ Late disclosure of information over 45 days for audited financial statements for 2016 and 2017 no remedial action. According to Point b, Item 1, Article 31 and Point a, Item 1, Article 32  of the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under restriction
- Changed reason for trading restriction: Equity reflected in audited consolidated financial statements for 2017 is negative. The auditor declined to comment on the consolidated financial statements for 2017.  According to Point b and Point d, Item 1, Article 32 of Regulation on trading registration.
 
HNX shall inform normal trading resuming of GTC after the Company has remedied the causes leading to trading restriction status according to Regulation on trading registration.
