On August 31, 2018, the Board of Directors of SMC Investment Trading Joint Stock Company approved to result of the 2017 Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP):

-       Estimated issue volume: 400,000 shares

-       Number of distributed shares: 400,000 shares, in which:

+ New issue volume: 393,282 shares

+ Treasury shares for bonus: 6,718 shares

+ Number of distributed shareholders: 105 shareholders

+ Number of undistributed shares: 0 share
