TNA: EGM approves to issue stock for capital increase

The extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM) of Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation approved to issue stock to increase its share capital from the owner’s capital:

1. Expected issue volume: 17,080,000 shares
2. Total issue value: VND170,800,000,000
3. Issue ratio: 100:139

(100 shares will receive 139 new shares)

4. Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
