NKG: Transferring company model of Nam Kim Corea

On September 12, 2018, the BOD of Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company approved to buy the stake at Nam Kim Corea Joint Stock Company with total value of VND19,450,000,000, equivalent to 1,945,000 shares.

   After the transfer completes, Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company will be the owner of 100% charter capital of Nam Kim Corea Joint Stock Company and Nam Kim Corea Joint Stock Company will be transferred into Nam Kim Corea Company Limited.

   To appoint Mr. Ho Minh Quang as the representative of stake of Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company in Nam Kim Corea Company Limited.
