SBT: Adjustment of Resolution on colleting shareholders opinion

On September 12, 2018, the BOD of Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company approved the adjustment on collecting shareholders’ opinion in writing with the following contents:

-       Record date: October 02, 2018 (instead of September 25, 2018)

-       Time of implementation: October 2018 (instead of September 26, 2018)

-       Content:

+ Report on the dividend payment;

+ Report on the preferred stock issuance for stock dividend that these shares are entitled to convert;

+ To amend and supplement the Corporate Governance Regulation;

+ To change its business lines;

+ Other issues.
