IDI: Resolution on the dividend payment

The Board of Directors approved to pay for the 2017 dividend and the first phase of 2018 in cash and stock as follows:

1. The 2017 dividend payment in cash and in stock

-       Payment date: before October 2018

-       Dividend pay-out ratio: 9% of charter capital

2. The first phase of 2018 dividend payment in cash and in stock

-       Payment date: before October 2018

-       Dividend pay-out ratio: 11% of charter capital
