HSL: The record date for the 2016 & 2017 dividend payment

HOSE announces the record date for the 2016 & 2017dividend payment of Hong Ha Son La Processing Agricultural Product Joint Stock Company:

-   Stock symbol: HSL                                          

-   Ex-right date: September 19, 2018              

-   Record date: September 20, 2018   

-   Purpose: to pay stock dividends.

-   Exercise ratio: 4:1

The one who owns 04 shares at the record date will receive 01 new share.

-   Estimated issue volume: 3,150,000 shares.

-    Plan to deal with fractional shares:

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 50 shares at the record date, he will receive: 50/04 = 12.5 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 12 new shares.

 Place of payment:

-       Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-       Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: shareholders will receive dividend at Hong Ha Son La Processing Agricultural Product Joint Stock Company.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
