- Ex-right date: September 18, 2018
- Record date: September 19, 2018
- Purpose: to pay stock dividends.
- Exercise ratio: 100:37
The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 37 new shares.
- Estimated issue volume: 5,152,097 shares.
- Plan to deal with fractional shares:
The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.
For example, if shareholder A owns 2017 shares at the record date, he will receive: 2017x37/100 = 746.3 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 746 new shares.
