HCD: Decision on the second 2017 cash dividend

On August 30, 2018, the Board of Directors of HCD Investment Producing and Trading Joint Stock Company decided to pay second cash dividend for 2017 as follows:

-       Record date:  September 17, 2018   

-       Exercise ratio: 5% (500 dongs/share)

-       Payment date: November 30, 2018

-       Place of payment:

+Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at HCD Investment Producing and Trading Joint Stock Company.
