VIS: Adjustment to the use of capital of public offering

Viet Nam – Italy Steel Joint Stock Company announces the adjustment to the use of capital of public offering as follows:

1.     Information on stock:

-       Stock name: Viet Nam – Italy Steel Joint Stock Company

-       Stock type: common share

-       Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-       Offering volume: 24,610,131 shares

-       Total mobilized capital: VND369,151,965,000

-       Beginning date: July 10, 2017

-       Ending date: August 15, 2017

2.     Plan for the use of proceeds from the offering:

-       Total proceeds from the offering: VND369,151,965,000

-       Plan for use: To invest in the Steel Laminating Factory with the volume of 500,000 tons/year in Hai Phong.

-       Adjustment to plan for the use of capital: This amount will be used for business production purpose, to supplement its mobile capital, to repay short-term loans and to invest in short-term finance.
