KSH: Additional capital contribution to subsidiary

On August 06, 2018, the Board of Directors of KSH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company approved the additional capital contribution to raise charter capital for Tam Nguyen Investment Company Limited as follows:

-       Total amount: VND150,882,200,000

-       Purpose: to supplement the investment capital

-       Charter capital after the additional capital contribution: VND185,443,950,000 (KSH holds 94.61% charter capital).
