-      Total additional value (based on par value): VND419,998,900,000

-      Number of shares after additional listing: 161,999,890 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND1,619,998,900,000

-      Effective date of the listing license: August 15, 2018

-      Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to increase the equity.
