OPC: Decision on the change of listing

On August 13, 2018, HOSE issued Decision No.308/QD-SGDHCM to allow OPC Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (securities code: OPC) to change the listing as follows:

-      Number of shares before additional listing: 25,311,696 shares

-      Additional volume: 1,265,584 shares

-      Total additional value (based on par value): VND12,655,840,000

-      Number of shares after additional listing: 26,577,280 shares

-      Total value after additional listing: VND265,772,800,000

-      Effective date of the listing license: August 15, 2018

-      Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the  Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
