QBS: QBS contributes its capital to Cat Long Im-Export JSC

The Board of Directors of Quang Binh Import and Export Joint Stock Company approved to contributes its capital in Cat Long Import Export Joint Stock Company with the fixed assets, goods, production materials, prepaid expenses, subsidiary licenses, registration of the trademark of Dinh Vu NPK, the land-use right. Accordingly, the remaining value on QBS's books until July 01, 2018, is VND198,000,000,000.
