POM: BOD resolution on stock issuance plan for dividend payment On August 10, 2018, the Board of Directors of Pomina Steel Corporation approved to plan the stock issuance for dividend payment as follows:
1. Approving to plan the stock issuance for dividend payment and capital increase from the undistributed profit after tax to existing shareholders:
- Stock name: Pomina Steel Corporation
- Stock type: common share
- Number of outstanding shares: 186,317,161 shares
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 55,895,148 shares
- Par value: 10,000 dongs
- Total value (based on par value): VND558,951,480,000
- Issuing ratio: 10: 3 (Shareholder who owns 10 shares will receive 03 new shares.)
- Time of implementation: Q3.2018
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The number of shares issued to pay dividend will be rounded down to dozen. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
