Lam Dong Minerals and Building Materials Joint Stock Company announced the Board resolution dated August 03, 2018 as follows:

-       Approving the business result in the 06 months in 2018.

-       Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Toan as Deputy CEO, Director at Brick and tile , tuynen Enterprise and Head of technical production Department.

-       Mr. Tran Van Hien was appointed as Deputy CEO.

-       Mr. Nguyen Quang Duyet was appointed as Deputy CEO, Director at Hiep An Enterprise cum Head of technical production Department.

-       Mr. Dang Huynh Duc was appointed as Right  Director at Thach My Brick and tile , tuynen Enterprise
