On August 02, 2018, the Board of Directors of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company decided to establish a subsidiary which separated from VINSMART Production and Research Joint Stock Company (VINSMART), including the following information:

-       Company name: VINTECH Technology Development Joint Stock Company (VINTECH)

-       Address: 7 Bang Lang, Vinhomes Riverside, Viet Hung Ward, Long Bien District, Ha Noi City.

-       Charter capital: VND1,000,000,000,000

-       Vingroup contributes VND800,000,000,000; accounting for 80% charter capital of VINTECH.
