KSH: KSH to sign agreements with related company

On August 28, 2018, the Board of Directors of KSH Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (KSH) approved to sign business agreements with ACE.LK. Accordingly, KSH becomes the exclusive distributor of Ajmal products which are supplied by ACE.LK Company Limited.

    KSH signed a contract to buy the attar and perfume of Ajmal in 2018 with contract value of VND 61,790,850,000, supplied by ACE.LK Company Limited.
