On August 28, 2018, the Board of Directors approved the following issues:

1. Approving the price issue shares under ESOP 2018 of VND10,000/share.
2. Approving to implement the plan for stock issuance under ESOP according to the Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2018 dated February 08, 2018.
3. Approving the regulation and the list of employees of the stock issuance under ESOP 2018.
4. Approving the expected issue time in Q3.2018.
