D2D: D2D signs agreements with related institution

On August 03, 2018, the Board of Directors of Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2 approved a construction contract with Phuc Hieu Company Limited which related to Mr. Thai Vu Doai – member of BOD.

-       Contract: to execute D1000 sewer line (from Hualon Company to LG Vina Company) at Nhon Trach 2 Industrial Park.

-       Contract value: less than 35% total assets.
