-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Chris E.Freund and Mr. Chad Ryan Ovel as members of the BODs.

-          Approving the resignation of Ms. Do Thi Khanh Van as a member of the BOS.

-          Ms. Tran Thi Ly was appointed as a member of the BOS.
