HUD1 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company announces the change of personnel as follows:

-          The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Van Dan as Chairman of the Board of Directors as from July 03, 2018. He will retire according to the decision of the Board of Members of Corporation).

-          The Board of Directors assigned Mr. Duong Tat Khiem to be the person in charge of the Board of Directors as from July 03, 2018.
