TPB: Resolution of General Meeting

Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces the resolution of general meeting of shareholders, which was organized in the form of seeking shareholders’ opinions in writing, as follows:

1)    Approving to amend, supplement the governance regulation of Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank.  

2)   Approving to add the investment, trading of derivatives of government bonds into TPBank’s business.
