On July 24, 2018, Hoa Sen Group announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 56,800 shares

-   Number of shares registered to buy: 62,500 shares

-   Purpose: to repurchase from the employees resigned.

Trading period: from August 03, 2018 to September 03, 2018

-   Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).

-   Purchase price: 10,000 dongs/share.
