TNA: Board approves to seek shareholders’ approval

According to the Board resolution dated July 02, 2018, the Board of Directors of Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation approved to seek shareholders’ approval in writing as follows:

-          Record date for the list of shareholders: July 24, 2018

-          Content: to vote for supplementing, changing the financial resource to implement the plan for stock issuance to raises capital from the owner’s capital which was adopted by the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2017 dated March 26, 2018.
