-          Number of shares registered to be listed additionally: 3,194,931 shares

-          Date of issue of the certificate for additional listing: June 29, 2018

-          As from July 03, 2018, the foreign ownership limit at Son Ha International Corporation will be 33,039,395 shares (49% of total number of shares (67,427,337 shares) registered at VSD).
