TEG: BOD resolution on fractional shares handle

On July 30, 2018, the Board of Directors of Tecgroup Joint Stock Company approved the adjustment of  fractional shares handle in stock issuance for 2017 dividend payment with the following contents:

“According to the Resolution No.16/2018/NQ-HĐQT dated June 07, 2018, the Board approved the number of shares issued to pay dividend to shareholders will be rounded down to dozens. The fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.”

      According to the list of securities owners No.S053/2018-TEG/VSD dated July 25, 2018 issued by the Vietnam Securities Depository, the fractional shares due to rounding down is 141.84 shares. Accordingly, the fractional shares of 141.84 will be cancelled.
