On July 27, 2018, Tecgroup Joint Stock Company reported on the result of stock issuance for dividend payment to the State Securities Commission. Accordingly, TEG’s number of outstanding voting shares is changed as follows:

-          Number of outstanding shares before the issuance: 17,999,998

-          Number of shares issued successfully: 1,439,858 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares after the issuance: 19,439,856 shares
